If you're knowing XML you can make a "svn checkout --username=$UsernameOnSourceforge svn+ssh://saigkill@svn.code.sf.net/p/osweeklynews/code/trunk osweeklynews-code".
Then you can modify Files in trunk/en/xml. Then it will integrated into the next Newsletter.
