The projects page is gone and is now part of /search/, though /search/ needs updating to reflect this / include project-specific functionality. That latter should be its own bug; closing this one.

Some thoughts: * If we used served it out in smaller chunks by using pagination <http://docs.djangoproject.com/en/1.1/topics/pagination/> then it might be faster. * We should probably think through what we want the page to be useful for, so that we can make it more useful.
