We should have a 'Hooray, you got a working dev install of {{ project.name }}!'
button at the end of the buildhelper page that 1.) becomes active after you
check off all the steps and 2.) when pressed records your huge success somewhere
and displays it under some sort of 'has a dev install of' category on your OH
profile.

A very Djangoriffic bug for someone who likes Django or wants to get to know it
better. Fairly dependent on issue207 , though.
