Sorry, this is the current design and there is no plan to add the links to the top as of now!

I suggest making a navigation bar that allows quick access to: The blog (currently found out of the way at the bottom) -- this is conditional since there's a box with blog posts on the main page, which I currently cannot see well due to this small screen, The forum, and the wiki (it's way down there at the bottom!). I really like the layout of archlinux.org, and think that could be a jumping off point for ui ideas. My suggestion is making those links dominant, and larger than they currently are, and having user related links (home profile.. etc) underneath.

There is no navigation link to the new forum. No one will know how to get there.
