No, it is still broken. Google Chrome 16.0.912.77. (list) of tags in popup dialog for this specific issue is empty and Apply button doesn't work. Perhaps this is only broken for closed and new issues.

Strange thing. Now it works ok.

Clicking (list) on Keyword field brings up a keyword selection dialog. Items can be selected, but "Apply" button doesn't do anything. P.S. I can't find used Roundup version anywhere to see if it was fixed in latest versions already.
